Our highly qualified and trained service technicians can attend to your systems quickly and professionally. We even stock standard filter monoliths, spare and wear parts for your convenience. In addition to our headquarters in Emsdetten, we have branches throughout Germany to look after your plants and systems (see map). Exhaust gas measurements
The “Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances, Diesel Engine Exhaust Gases (TRGS 554)” stipulate that the degree of soot separation ensured by a downstream filter must be verified after 1500 operating hours or at least once a year. We have the measuring equipment and properly trained technicians to help you comply with these rules. We would be happy to advise you by arranging a face-to-face meeting.
System optimisation
As part of our optimisation of existing plants and systems, we check all parameters and operating conditions. Our in-house CFD analysis and control unit development specialists will help us make exactly the right adjustments for you. We will then advise you on the best way to implement the necessary measures.
Maintenance of the Fogmaker fire protection system
We will annually inspect your fire extinguishing system for damage, leaks and corrosion, including the system pressures, the extinguishing agent distribution system, the detection circuit, the activation mechanism and the alarm loop. As an authorised contractual partner to Fogmaker International AB, we can also service your extinguishing agent tank.
